8. Choice of Law and Forum

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. All disputes shall be litigated exclusively in the state and federal courts residing in the State of Texas. You hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Austin, Texas.

9. Product Restrictions

Policies and products are not available in all states. Exclusions and misstatement and misrepresentation restrictions may apply. The quote, policy and plan comparisons we provide are furnished by individual insurance companies and are subject to change without notice and/or underwriting qualification by the specific insurance company. A quote is not a commitment from the insurance company to issue any policy. To purchase an insurance policy, you must submit a completed application that the insurance company will review and underwrite. The underwriting process may result in higher or lower premiums than your quote.

We may revise these Terms at any time, with or without notice, by updating this page. Please check these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site following any revisions will mean you accept those changes.

11. Life and Health Licensing Information

We represent top-rated insurance companies and receive commissions, referral fees including user click-through fees, and possibly other performance-based compensation for our services.

You can opt out of receiving telephone calls and texts from us. Email hello@shopburial.com and we will honor your request in accordance with applicable law. If you submit a new insurance quote request form after previously opting out, we may call you again.
